46th BCS seat plan released on 23rd April 2024. 46th BCS Preliminary MCQ Exam Seat Plan officially published today by bpsc gov bd. This information was informed in a notification of the Public Service Commission (PSC) on Tuesday (April 23).
According to the notification, the preliminary test of the 46th BCS examination will be held simultaneously in 215 educational institutions of 8 divisional cities including Dhaka from 10.00 am to 12.00 pm next Friday (April 26). The exam schedule, hall wise seating arrangements and important instructions have been published on the website of Bangladesh Public Works Commission. Earlier, the government had appointed 106 executive magistrates to handle the examination. On Tuesday (April 16), the Ministry of Public Administration issued a notification in this regard. It is said that the 46th BCS Preliminary Test (MCQ Type) will be held simultaneously in 96 centers of Dhaka on April 26 from 10 am to 12 pm.

An executive magistrate has been appointed for each of the 96 examination centers in Dhaka to maintain order inside and outside the center during the examination. Besides, additional 10 BCS (Administration) cadre officers have been appointed in the control room of Bangladesh Public Works Commission Secretariat with the power of Executive Magistrate.
The notification also said that the Executive Magistrates appointed for the centers in Dhaka have been instructed to attend the briefing seminar held at the Bangladesh Public Works Commission Building on April 23 at 11 am. Besides, instructions were given to report to the Bangladesh Public Works Commission Secretariat on the day of the examination by 26th April.
